The Day of the Horse is a chance to pay tribute to our equine friends. These noble beings not only enrich the lives of all of us who ride and care for them, thay have made the town of Woodside a unique community.
The Horse Fair
Learn about the horse's heritage and legacy in shaping the character of Woodside as well as our local horse organizations and riding programs. Demonstrations, craft projects, and fun activities for children make this a great way to spend the day.
Progressive Trail Ride
Riders are invited to bring their horses to share in the fun with a trail ride throughout town. Refreshments for horses and their humans are served throughout the ride. See details to pre-register.
Sponsors
See photographs of previous rides and learn which wonderful local businesses and neighbors are supporting this event. Some of them fill the fantastic goody bags given to the first 150 riders to register.
